Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in person, by phone, or in writing; use Oracle CC&B to update accounts, process payments, document interactions, and support during outages and high-volume periods.

Maintain Salesforce data integrity and user support: manage tickets, user accounts, imports/exports, de-duplication, validation rules, reports/dashboards, audits, and collaborate on integrations, upgrades, and process improvements. Remote, part-time role requiring self-motivation and basic home-office equipment.

Manage bi-weekly payroll processing, payroll reconciliations, payroll-related journal entries, and benefits billing. Handle AP/AR, grant accounting, in-kind reporting, fixed assets, reconciliations, audit support, and compliance with Head Start and Uniform Guidance.

Provide customer and supplier support, manage product and shipping data, process orders/returns, prepare invoices and labels, edit/upload images, supervise and train the service team, and improve departmental procedures and metrics.

Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing filing systems, phone and email correspondence, calendars and travel, drafting documents, preparing meeting materials, coordinating logistics, maintaining office equipment and supplies, and handling sensitive information with discretion to ensure efficient office operations.
