Own and scale the global accounting function for a rapidly growing SaaS/HaaS company. Lead financial reporting, audits, internal controls, revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, international tax, treasury, cash management, ERP implementation, risk management, and financial planning. Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team while building a high-performing international accounting organization and supporting board reporting, investor relations, and global expansion.

Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile apps; design and run test plans, convert tests to TypeScript+Playwright automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, use AI-assisted tools to author and maintain tests, perform API and SQL backend testing, track defects in Jira/Zephyr, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve QA processes.

Own AssetWatch’s integrated three-statement model, consolidated forecasting, cash flow and runway planning, reporting, and financial analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, board, and investor materials; analyze variances and KPIs; support close, financing scenarios, capital allocation, and planning cycles. Partner with Operational FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain on assumptions, inventory, hardware, and business inputs while improving reporting automation, data validation, and model governance.

Build and evolve AssetWatch's industrial IoT SaaS platform across frontend, backend, and APIs using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS serverless. Own features from design to production, improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency, support incidents and CI/CD, write technical design artifacts, mentor engineers, and responsibly leverage AI-assisted development tools with human review and testing.

Manage EHS field readiness and contractor compliance to enable safe, timely technician site access. Maintain safety documentation, track KPIs, manage contractor portals (ISNetworld/Avetta), COIs, and Salesforce records. Support onboarding, training coordination, incident reporting, audits, and corrective actions while collaborating with internal teams and supporting occasional domestic and international site visits.

Lead development of cross-platform Flutter apps for field technicians, owning architecture, prototyping, and shipping features. Collaborate on REST/GraphQL APIs, use AI-assisted development tools, debug with observability tools, mentor engineers, and support customers end-to-end.

Own customer relationships and outcomes as a trusted advisor. Drive adoption, monitor account health and KPIs, develop strategic success plans, run onboarding and QBRs, mitigate churn, meet retention and expansion targets, and coordinate internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
