Configure and support Dynamics 365 Finance modules, gather requirements, produce functional specifications, validate designs and integrations, support testing/UAT and deployments, assist data migration (SQL/SSIS), and mentor users while working in Agile/DevOps environments to optimize finance processes.

Manage and administer employee benefits programs and leave/accommodation processes (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp). Oversee HRIS benefits projects, vendor relationships, compliance (ERISA/ACA/HIPAA), open enrollment, reporting, analytics, and employee communications to ensure accurate, cost-effective, and employee-centered benefits delivery.
