Handle inbound healthcare calls from customers and providers, resolve inquiries, log cases in Claritev, maintain HIPAA/data privacy compliance, identify call trends, recommend improvements, and meet quality and productivity standards.

Perform outbound calls to contracted healthcare providers to verify and update demographic and network data, log responses in call systems/CRM and spreadsheets, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and collaborate with the team to ensure data quality.
