Provide secondary support for Commercial and Internet Banking by managing vendor issues, maintaining customer digital banking records, resolving escalated cases within SLAs, balancing accounts, monitoring vendor trends, and liaising between product managers and customer support. Performs daily deposit operations including monitoring new account setup and CIP documentation, processing returned mail and item transactions, scanning/indexing documents, reconciling internal accounts and balancing cash, handling exception items (chargebacks, NSF, returns), foreign item processing, VODs, and DDA/CIF maintenance. Provides clerical support, completes internal teller and new accounts training, and ensures compliance with procedures and reporting.

Manage day-to-day operations of physical security systems (access control, alarms, cameras); update documentation; assist audits and installations; respond to alerts; perform facility reviews; create reports; coordinate security awareness and work onsite regularly.

Administer, maintain, and monitor enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, telephony). Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, manage Active Directory integration and permissions, perform patching/upgrades, participate in disaster recovery testing, develop PowerShell scripts/workflows, coordinate with vendors and Help Desk, and support after-hours or on-call activities.

Design, build, maintain, and optimize data infrastructure (databases, data lakes, warehouses) and ETL/ELT pipelines. Ensure data quality, security, performance, and compliance. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders, document policies, and support monitoring, backup, and recovery strategies.
