Manage strategic fiber-optic accounts to drive revenue and profitability. Build and maintain relationships with purchasing and technical stakeholders, develop account strategies, coordinate cross-functional resources, support inside sales, document activity in Salesforce, participate in marketing/trade shows, and resolve product issues with internal teams.

Provide technical application support for connector products across APAC, including assembly guidance, troubleshooting, training, testing, documentation, and coordinating between customers and global engineering to support evaluations and regional sales.

Manage strategic customer relationships and achieve sales targets across assigned accounts; grow Core/Key/Growth accounts; coordinate with Customer Service, Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing; support product development, marketing, and trade shows; provide monthly reporting and resolve field performance issues.
