Manages franchisee relationships, local marketing plans, budgets, vendors, digital marketing activities, performance analysis, lead-generation initiatives, and new-center marketing. Coordinates national and local marketing programs, researches vendors, supports cross-functional projects, communicates recommendations, and helps franchisees improve awareness, sales, and business performance.
