Manages distributors, direct sales personnel, dealer performance, budgets, margins, bids, agreements, training, business planning, and customer opportunities. Maintains CRM data, supports product development and demonstrations, oversees dealer excellence initiatives, and coordinates marketing, warranty, procurement, and sales funnel activities. The role requires heavy equipment sales management experience and up to 50% travel.

Lead regional product innovation initiatives including voice-of-customer research, new market introduction, TCO improvement roadmap, and the Genie Builder Program. Coordinate cross-functional launch and go-to-market activities, support demand generation, evaluate new products, and manage program execution and customer communications across global time zones.
