Two-year rotational IT program involving four six-month assignments across IT teams. Responsibilities include supporting IT projects, adapting to team needs, influencing stakeholders, participating in training and program activities, applying business analysis, data analytics, product and project management, testing, design, and managing software validation deliverables.

IT Analyst Interns apply business analysis, data analysis, visualization, user experience, project management, and product management skills to real IT challenges. They deliver a project outcome during a 12-week program, collaborate with cross-functional teams, complete a group project, and participate in professional development activities. Successful interns may be considered for Boston Scientific’s two-year technology leadership rotational program.

IT Analyst Interns apply business analysis, data analytics, visualization, user experience, project management, and product management skills to real IT challenges. They complete individual and group projects, such as developing chatbots, dashboards, workflow automation tools, and cybersecurity solutions. Interns collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, R&D, Sales, Operations, and Quality teams during a 12-week program and may be considered for a future IT leadership rotation program.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations. Prepare budgets, variance analysis, journal entries, and sensitivity/NPV modeling. Partner with production, engineering and quality to evaluate cost improvements, product integrations and business opportunities. Support month-end close, annual planning, and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics.
