The Finance & Accounting Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a three-day summit for rising juniors studying Accounting or Finance to learn about Boston Scientific's finance operations, engage with leaders, and prepare for internship opportunities.

The internship involves supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis, while providing hands-on experience in finance operations.
