Owns onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization for a portfolio of pediatric primary care clinics. The role supports provider engagement, referral growth, billing and reimbursement workflows, EMR note sharing, performance analysis, action planning, executive reporting, and clinic events. It serves as a bridge between clinical partners and behavioral health teams while contributing to scalable clinic success processes. The position requires healthcare customer success or account management experience, strong data and project management skills, and travel to clinics approximately 50% of the time.
