Own technical implementations of Medicom’s enterprise imaging platform for healthcare customers. Install and configure software, build DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and SSO integrations, troubleshoot Windows and network issues, lead testing and go-lives, support migrations, train customers, and coordinate with healthcare IT teams, vendors, Support, Engineering, and Project Management. Manage 15–25 concurrent customer projects and provide post-launch hypercare during occasional off-hours cutovers.

Own a portfolio of healthcare accounts, driving product adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and retention. Build stakeholder relationships, lead adoption initiatives, analyze account health, conduct business reviews, and coordinate technical issue resolution across customer and internal teams. Support implementations, go-lives, renewals, and expansion opportunities while providing training, gathering customer feedback, and translating healthcare imaging interoperability concepts into customer value.
