Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer responsible for supporting enterprise sales through technical expertise, customer discovery, and proof-of-concept development using the Omni analytics platform. The role involves presenting solutions, enabling customers on their data, transitioning trials to successful implementations, collaborating with post-sales teams and partners, and providing feedback to Product, Design, and Engineering. Strong SQL, business intelligence, enterprise analytics, client-facing, and consultative communication skills are required.

This role involves developing AI-powered analytics interfaces and tools, collaborating with a skilled team to enhance customer data experiences.

Build and scale a growth data platform: design queues and workers for enrichment, routing, assignment, and activation; integrate CRM, ads, intent, and enrichment vendors; convert experiments into reusable platform primitives; and debug production issues across Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, AWS, vendor APIs, webhooks, and downstream systems.

Lead technical discovery, demos, and large-scale POCs for enterprise customers; mentor Solutions Engineers; partner with sales and product leadership to shape technical playbooks and influence roadmap; drive transitions from trials to production and represent the org in executive customer conversations.

Responsible for driving BI/analytics SaaS sales to mid-market and enterprise accounts (500–5,000 employees). Manage full sales cycle using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys, lead POCs/workshops with Solutions Engineering, build partner-sourced pipeline, create renewal/cross-sell business cases, and deliver accurate GTM forecasts to exceed quotas.

Own the full sales cycle for Omni's BI/AI analytics platform in the mid-market (100–500 employees). Generate pipeline via outbound and inbound, qualify using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys, run POCs with Solutions Engineering, build value cases, forecast accurately, and collaborate with partners and account teams to drive onboarding, cross-sell, and renewals.

The role involves building user experiences, APIs, and data handling processes in a TypeScript application using React and Remix, while balancing performance and quality.

Support enterprise GTM by creating and customizing sales narratives, decks, ROI frameworks, and customer stories. Partner with AEs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to produce deal-specific content that advances complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. Build reusable content libraries, participate in deal reviews and account plans, translate technical proofs into CFO-facing business cases, and support expansion into new industries and lines of business.
