Manage and strengthen company-wide compliance programs covering export controls (ITAR/EAR), cybersecurity (CMMC/NIST 800-171), shipping/customs, finance/operational controls, and FOCI mitigation. Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program teams to assess risks, prepare licenses and filings, support audits, implement remediation, and advise leadership on national security and regulatory matters.

Hunt and close new satellite and aerospace customers in the US. Own territory end-to-end: prospect, build pipeline, coordinate with engineering/product teams to scope proposals, attend industry events, meet sales targets, and maintain customer relationships while reporting pipeline and forecasts.

Operate and monitor spacecraft telemetry, investigate anomalies, plan and execute payload commissioning, develop and validate flight procedures and automation scripts, coordinate passes and activity logs, mitigate operational risks, and support continuous improvement of satellite operations.

Define and manage system and subsystem requirements for nanosat and smallsat projects. Collaborate with software and hardware teams, communicate with customers to translate needs into technical solutions, drive projects from concept to deployment, and evaluate/negotiation of satellite solutions to meet mission objectives.

Lead end-to-end satellite programs from contract award through on-orbit operations. Oversee planning, integration, testing, launch preparation, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, supplier coordination, and cross-functional teams while delivering technical performance, schedule, and customer updates.
