Leads Workweek’s brand narrative and creative direction across specialized B2B communities. Oversees social and creative teams, develops authoritative brand frameworks, drives major launches and industry moments, and collaborates with Product, Content, Growth, and Sales. The role combines strategic brand vision with hands-on writing, campaign execution, reporting, operational system building, and AI-enabled workflows. This remote player-coach reports to the VP of Marketing and requires availability during Central Time Zone workdays.

Partner with creators to produce ecommerce-focused B2B content across newsletters, social, podcasts, webinars, and membership channels. Own creator voice and editorial quality, research and ideate stories, track deliverables, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize content to grow the target audience and membership.
