The role may also support PAS testing, special projects, and team mentoring while managing multiple priorities remotely.

Supports core HR functions including HR operations, onboarding, employee experience, HRIS administration, people analytics, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, and special projects. Maintains personnel records, assists with benefits and leave administration, coordinates interviews, prepares reports and dashboards, supports engagement initiatives, and contributes to process improvement, AI, and automation projects.

Lead and expand Seafarer Marine's nationwide commercial marine underwriting function. Set underwriting strategy, authority levels, pricing, and risk selection. Oversee portfolio performance, partner with actuarial and claims, build broker and carrier relationships, develop underwriting talent, and drive profitable premium growth and product expansion across commercial, ocean, inland marine, and specialty yacht segments.
