Lead the technical pre-sales process for municipal prospects across the United States. Responsibilities include conducting tailored product demonstrations, running discovery sessions, responding to RFPs and RFIs, building proof-of-concept configurations, supporting proposal and pricing discussions, and serving as the technical contact during evaluations. The role partners closely with account executives and relays prospect feedback to product teams. Candidates should be comfortable presenting software to non-technical government audiences and managing multiple active opportunities.

Lead operational engineering across three product lines: roadmap delivery, release coordination, incident/on-call programs, staffing and capacity planning, engineering metrics, and AI-native engineering governance. Manage and develop engineering managers, partner with Product and Finance, and quantify AI-assisted development ROI.

Drive new business and revenue with local government agencies by developing relationships, managing complex procurement and long sales cycles, closing new deals, and upselling/cross-selling SaaS permitting and municipal technology solutions. Coordinate with customer success, sales, and marketing to optimize adoption and retention.
