Organize reproducible point-in-time datasets, communicate findings clearly, track signal performance, and use AI tools to accelerate research and coding while verifying outputs.

Build and deploy deep-learning models for financial market data, owning the full workflow from raw data and experiments through daily production inference. Responsibilities include managing small-scale GPU infrastructure, conducting leakage-proof and regime-aware evaluations, reproducing research, reading recent AI literature, and communicating findings. The role requires strong ML fundamentals, Python and PyTorch expertise, hands-on infrastructure skills, rigorous experimentation, and self-directed remote work. Trading experience is not required.

Execute daily trades across equities, derivatives, and potentially commodities; monitor real-time portfolio risk and exposures; provide quantitative support to develop data-driven trading ideas; act as the Principal's primary execution and risk oversight partner while maintaining strict discretion.

This role involves working directly with the founder to manage diverse, high-stakes projects from inception to completion, fostering ownership, and achieving clear outcomes.

Provide pre-market summaries, maintain earnings and event calendars, deliver intraday checkpoint notes, manage watchlists/screens/alerts, perform fast ad-hoc data pulls and fact-checks, and use modern AI tools to scale monitoring and summarization for a live trading desk.
