Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation: draft pleadings and briefs, prepare and respond to discovery, analyze policies and draft coverage opinions, conduct legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis, review documents, attend depositions/hearings/mediations, and submit court filings while managing multiple time-sensitive matters.

Manage a 10–20 matter litigation caseload handling general, product, and premises liability and catastrophic injury cases. Conduct investigations, legal research (Westlaw), discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and prepare pre-trial and trial materials. Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel and report case status.
