Own customer-facing technical implementations for a regulatory AI platform. Customize AI templates, develop and coach repeatable prompts, integrate enterprise systems through APIs and webhooks, map data flows, document implementation practices, and educate customers. The role partners closely with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, IT, Product, and go-to-market teams and requires experience with drug development, regulated scientific documents, and B2B SaaS or biotechnology environments.
