Develop and modernize automated influenza-like illness syndromic surveillance infrastructure for the Indian Health Service. Responsibilities include evaluating existing systems, building data repositories and ingestion pipelines, monitoring facility submissions, creating reporting outputs and Power BI or Qlik dashboards, documenting technical processes, and transferring knowledge to IHS staff. Experience in public health informatics, CDC-aligned surveillance, IHS data environments, legacy system modernization, and automated data-quality monitoring is preferred.
