Own core HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS records, employee relations support, and compliance tracking. Serve as a trusted HR resource for warehouse and office employees while independently managing sensitive information, deadlines, and employee communications. Partner with the HR Director on day-to-day operations and support multi-state HR requirements.
