Owns full-cycle recruiting as a standalone recruiter, including hiring-manager intake, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interview design and coordination, offers, reference checks, onboarding, reporting, and recruiting-tool management. The role supports technical, manufacturing, commercial, and leadership hiring across New York and Pittsburgh while partnering closely with executives. It begins as a contract position with potential conversion to full-time.
