Own and scale Filigran's technology partner ecosystem: identify partners, negotiate technical alliances, prioritize and drive connector delivery with partners and internal engineering tied to pipeline, enable commercial teams with joint assets, and report ecosystem health and impact to leadership.

Deliver instructor-led training (onsite and virtual) and lab-based workshops for threat analysts and administrators. Develop training content, learning paths, and certification programs. Inform product roadmap with learner feedback, mentor junior staff, maintain delivery standards, and manage logistics to scale Filigran's training function.

The role involves building and managing partnerships with VARs, Distributors, and MSSPs to drive revenue growth in North America. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, executing joint business plans, and continuous engagement to enhance partner effectiveness and pipeline management.
