Lead and build Unto Labs' legal function: advise founders on regulatory compliance (U.S. and international), corporate governance, commercial transactions, IP and open-source issues, disputes, and entity structuring. Draft and negotiate agreements, manage regulators and outside counsel, create scalable compliance processes, and support product launch and tokenomics strategy.
