Leads customer engineering for Scout AI’s defense-focused robotic foundation model. Advises customers on architecture, develops pilots and evaluation frameworks, leads technical workshops, supports deployments, and translates mission requirements into AI solutions. Builds and manages the customer engineering function, mentors engineers, documents implementation patterns, and contributes to product strategy. Requires production experience with foundation models, strong programming skills, customer-facing communication, and occasional travel.

The Proposal Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of proposals, coordinating various teams to ensure compelling and compliant submissions across governmental and commercial opportunities.
