Design, implement, and optimize core IP routing infrastructure for a growing fiber ISP. Provide Tier IV support and technical leadership, evaluate and validate new technologies, improve reliability and scalability, drive IPv6 deployment, support network automation, and collaborate with operations, product, and support teams.

The Project Manager II will launch and manage projects, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction, while overseeing project budgets and processes in telecommunications.

Provide first-line technical support for residential and small business customers across voice, data, video, and security services. Troubleshoot IPTV, POTS, DSL, and fiber broadband issues, document interactions in the service database, monitor outages, escalate as needed, and work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
