Advises Deal Management and Sales teams on contract modifications, commercial risks, contract interpretation, customer concerns, and disputes. Collaborates with legal, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, independently resolving routine matters while escalating novel or higher-risk issues. Requires strong legal drafting, negotiation, communication, risk mitigation, and prioritization skills.
