Lead development and management of mortgage products, ensuring regulatory and investor compliance. Drive product innovation, pricing, digital enhancements, and borrower experience improvements. Analyze performance metrics to optimize products; oversee post-closing operations, sub‑servicer performance, and MERS accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally and present product strategy to leadership while managing staff, QC, and operational reporting.

Review monthly QC and investor findings, perform file investigations, validate and track remediation, draft responses to findings, identify trends and operational risks, recommend process improvements, and support regulatory exams, audits, and corrective actions in collaboration with Compliance, Underwriting, and Operations.
