Lead Nooks’ software engineering organization and technical vision across government-contracted products, internal platforms, and AI initiatives. Build and scale the engineering team, establish outcome-based delivery, own software delivery economics, and oversee quality, security, reliability, and operations. Develop AI strategy and governance, support federal software pursuits, manage customer relationships, and set architecture and investment roadmaps. Partner with executive, growth, operations, IT, cyber, product, and finance teams while representing engineering to government customers.

Own classified WAN strategy, operations, performance, compliance, and ATO posture across multiple accredited sites. Manage carriers, integrators, vendors, contracts, SLAs, budgets, and network projects while coordinating distributed teams and government stakeholders. Provide senior technical leadership, maintain NIST SP 800-53 and RMF compliance, resolve risks, and build the organization through hiring, mentoring, and developing technical leaders and managers.
