Provide one-on-one career coaching and job search assistance to students and graduates, deliver workshops, build employer relationships and pipelines, coordinate recruiting events and job fairs, track employment outcomes, and maintain accurate records in compliance with accreditation standards.

Lead campus academic operations by developing and implementing curriculum, recruiting and managing faculty, supporting faculty development, assisting budgeting, and ensuring program quality and evaluation.

Advise students through the full financial aid process, manage student information systems and electronic files, ensure Title IV compliance, support new/veteran/agency students, participate in orientations, and collaborate with FA managers and regional directors.
