The Outside Sales Representative conducts presentations in high schools to interview and enroll students in skilled-trades programs while providing support throughout the admissions process.

Provide one-on-one career coaching, run workshops, build employer relationships, coordinate recruiting events and job fairs, track graduate employment outcomes, and maintain placement documentation to meet accreditation standards.

Lead and manage a Career Services team to build employer partnerships, coach and prepare students for employment, run recruiting events, ensure placement compliance, and improve placement outcomes.
