Drive new corporate and commercial banking relationships in the technology sector by prospecting, engaging decision-makers, delivering tailored banking solutions, building pipeline, collaborating with internal teams for onboarding, representing the bank at events, and meeting aggressive new-business targets to grow revenue and market share.

Manages a portfolio of mid-market and large corporate commercial credit relationships in professional services and contractor industries. Responsibilities include underwriting complex credit exposures, assessing credit risk, closing new business, expanding existing relationships, supporting revenue growth, responding to credit inquiries, overseeing loan documentation, presenting credit recommendations, and mentoring junior portfolio managers.

Provides accounting, administration, and investor servicing for alternative investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and registered products. Calculates NAV, records trades and fund activity, reconciles investor transactions, allocates profits, processes expenses, and prepares financial statements, audit schedules, and tax schedules. Own the enterprise observability strategy and governance, defining SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, KPIs, reliability standards, and monitoring practices. Architect telemetry, tracing, logging, metrics, synthetics, APM, and RUM solutions across complex platforms. Advise engineering, SRE, infrastructure, product, and operations leaders; develop executive service-health reporting; analyze incidents and alerts to improve reliability, detection, and resiliency. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and standards governance for enterprise observability engineering.

Leads observability strategy and governance for critical customer journeys and enterprise services. Defines SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, reliability metrics, telemetry standards, dashboards, alerting models, and monitoring architectures. Partners with Product, Engineering, SRE, and Operations on production readiness and instrumentation. Analyzes telemetry, incidents, and performance trends to reduce alert fatigue and improve reliability. Provides technical leadership on tracing, logging, metrics, synthetic monitoring, APM, RUM, and alert governance.

Provide accounting, administration, and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity, and closed-end products. Serves as a technology expert for ETF functional applications, supporting development, analysis, implementation, documentation, monitoring, and issue resolution. Acts as a product owner by contributing to release direction and coordinating internal and external resources. Analyzes system data, supports solution development, leads projects, and oversees testing and implementation to meet client needs.

Manage a portfolio of energy industry credit relationships: underwrite credit exposures across investment and non-investment grade accounts, manage credit risk, close and expand customer relationships, partner with Relationship Managers, respond to credit questions, and participate in joint sales calls.

Lead development and execution of resolution strategies for large, complex Commercial Real Estate problem loans. Negotiate with borrowers and participant lenders, manage bilateral and syndicated credits, evaluate recovery opportunities, present recommendations to senior management, advise business partners, maintain legal/insolvency knowledge, and mentor junior workout professionals.
