Owns the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, governance, adoption, and lifecycle of data products supporting reporting, analytics, operational decisions, and AI use cases. Partners with business, engineering, architecture, analytics, and governance teams to translate requirements into scalable data products. Leads backlogs, stakeholder alignment, data quality, metadata, lineage, modernization, cloud migration, KPI definition, and continuous improvement across the Investment Services data domain.

Drive automation, monitor KPIs and dashboards, manage stakeholders and vendors, and deliver executive reporting to improve reliability, reduce incidents/MTTR, and increase automated regression coverage.

Manage a portfolio of complex project finance loans: monitor construction and performance, prepare underwriting packages, analyze financial models and cash flows, assist in structuring/closing transactions, coordinate third-party professionals, and ensure regulatory and credit policy compliance.

Manage high-value embedded payments accounts, driving portfolio growth, retention, profitability, and revenue expansion. Lead strategy and operations for high-availability enterprise platforms (HP NonStop, Stratus, mainframe, Linux/x86). Drive modernization, resiliency, capacity planning, incident/problem management, security and compliance, vendor and budget management, and engineering leadership for 24x7 mission-critical infrastructure. Present metrics to executives and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Handle inbound calls from cardholders and debt management partners, resolve inquiries, enter settlement agreements, process files, manage shared email communications, and maintain accurate records. Prepare documentation using Microsoft Office, perform precise data entry, collaborate with internal teams, and meet call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics while following company and regulatory requirements.

Manage distressed commercial credit relationships, including underwriting, reporting, risk management, workout, and loss mitigation strategies. Partner with relationship managers, credit officers, legal, loan operations, and senior leadership to maximize recoveries and minimize losses. Lead a team of portfolio managers through staffing, performance management, prioritization, guidance, and training. Handle complex special-assets relationships while applying expertise in commercial credit structures, loan documentation, collateral, compliance, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for consumer checking products. Drive product discovery, design, development and delivery with cross-functional partners, define OKRs, analyze business data, manage product lifecycle, and coordinate program-level work and benchmarking to achieve customer and business outcomes.

Develop and optimize ServiceNow Catalog solutions, including catalog items, workflows, scripts, integrations, security configurations, testing, releases, troubleshooting, and production support. Translate stakeholder requirements into self-service solutions, document and train users, mentor junior engineers, conduct root-cause analysis, and evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities.
