Manages and develops new and existing payments, commercial card, and treasury management relationships in the energy sector. Supervise securities sales and new accounts, ensure compliance with FINRA/MSRB/OCC and internal policies, act as primary compliance consultant for assigned units, review and approve trades/accounts, perform pre-approvals, analyze advisor activity for trends, provide training, and escalate compliance concerns as needed.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and API integrations to ingest, cleanse, transform, and analyze infrastructure and cloud data. Produce analytics, dashboards, and executive reports; automate workflows and support near-real-time processing. Follow SDLC/DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD), ensure data governance, quality, lineage, and support incident, release, and compliance activities.
