Build end-to-end cybersecurity platform features across React, Express, Go microservices, and PostgreSQL. Collaborate with product, engineering, and senior design partners to take concepts from research and sketches through prototypes and shipped features. Use AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype agentic workflows, improve live-product UX, and contribute to the design system. Independently solve ambiguous problems while balancing tactical improvements with strategic design initiatives and communicating design decisions effectively.

Sell RADICL's Cybersecurity-as-a-Service to SMBs in the Mid-Atlantic, build relationships, deliver presentations, close deals, collaborate with product and leadership, and provide market feedback to shape offerings and GTM strategies.

Regional Sales Manager responsible for selling cybersecurity and compliance services to SMBs in the Northeast. Duties include building customer relationships, presenting RADICL’s CSaaS platform, closing B2B sales, collaborating with product and leadership teams, sharing market insights, and supporting go-to-market strategy. Requires demonstrated success selling MDR or similar cybersecurity solutions, especially to SMBs, along with strong value-based selling and sales-target performance.
