Manage and grow customer accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, improving retention, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Conduct consultative discovery, tailor product demonstrations, and develop account plans with cross-functional teams. Serve as primary client contact to resolve issues, drive product adoption, and provide customer feedback to inform product improvements. Leverage ERP knowledge (particularly NetSuite) and value-based selling to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

Lead NetSuite-based Operating Apps implementations, provide technical design and project management, create enablement and training materials, support partners as a dedicated consultant, and run workshops to scale product delivery.
