Lead design, development, testing, and production support for liquid/hypergolic propulsion hardware. Own system and component design, run trade studies, support hot-fire tests, analyze data, drive root-cause fixes, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate cross-functional teams through reviews and productionization.

Own product definition and roadmap for in-space propulsion systems, lead technical proposal and requirements activities from award through SRR, coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, support customer engagement, trade studies, anomaly investigations, and transition products into program execution.

Support and maintain quality systems across design, manufacture, and delivery of aerospace propulsion hardware. Perform design reviews, create quality plans and FAIs, manage nonconformances and corrective actions, support supplier/customer quality, conduct audits, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead design and development of complex in-space propulsion components for hypergolic rocket engines. Own full lifecycle from concept and hand calculations to CAD, BOMs, vendor selection, testing, risk mitigation, and cross-functional integration. Mentor engineers, advise leadership on technical direction, and translate strategy into engineering requirements for hardware and systems.

Lead mechanical design for chemical rocket systems: create concepts, perform hand calculations and CAD designs, conduct structural/thermal/fluid analysis, coordinate design reviews, oversee vendors and manufacturing transitions, develop assembly/test instructions, execute hands-on assembly and testing, analyze data, and drive risk mitigation and cross-functional communication.
