Performs hands-on integration, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of spacecraft electronics in a laboratory environment. Prepares and submits customer invoices across multiple government contract types, manages accounts receivable aging and collections, resolves payment discrepancies, reconciles unbilled costs and general ledger accounts, and supports month-end close. The role also prepares cash estimates and receivables schedules, responds to customer and government agency inquiries, and collaborates with internal departments. Strong contract billing knowledge, accounting skills, organization, communication, and analytical ability are required.

Maintain project documentation and standardize IRAD processes while advancing space-based electronics technologies and supporting future business growth.

Design and verify complex FPGA/ASIC systems using Verilog/VHDL. Develop self-checking testbenches and timing simulations, use vendor flows (Synplify, ISE, Vivado, Libero), script with TCL/Python, lead small teams, perform RTL review and CDC/reset/clock design, and debug hardware with scopes and logic analyzers. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support space/ radiation-hardened design practices. Requires 10+ years FPGA experience and US citizenship.
