Drive yoga membership and product sales across two or three studios by prospecting students, generating leads, following up, converting memberships, and meeting monthly sales targets. Build community relationships, support events and local partnerships, deliver exceptional student hospitality, resolve issues, maintain marketing materials, and train instructors on POS and sales systems. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays, with some travel between facilities.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CMO/CCO and SVP, Head of Operations by managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, expenses, events, logistics, presentations, notes, and follow-up. Maintains confidentiality, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, procures facilities and catering, and supports executive initiatives. Requires flexibility for changing schedules, occasional evening and weekend work, event mobility, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
