Provide hands-on IT troubleshooting and support for client environments, resolving Mac, Windows, network, device, software, security, and AV issues. Deploy and configure hardware, software, and MDM-enrolled devices; maintain networks and servers; document solutions; respond to security threats; and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc onsite support across Denver and Boulder. Collaborate on larger technical projects and provide client-focused assistance in a flexible Monday-Friday schedule.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding for clients by provisioning accounts, configuring and retrieving Mac and PC devices, managing access, maintaining inventory records, documenting procedures, and providing first-day IT training and ticket-based support. The role also supports security and SOC 2 compliance, process improvement, and client communication from a Denver office with approximately 25% remote work.
