Collaborates with Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, and sales teams on segment strategy, messaging, account planning, and AI-enabled outreach automation. Uses Salesforce and other sales tools to manage prospects, improve productivity, and book qualified meetings in a remote-first environment.

Owns reporting product development for the Controlled Substances Reporting team. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing and grooming the backlog, planning sprints, managing dependencies, communicating releases, maintaining documentation, monitoring product metrics, and coordinating cross-functional delivery. The role also supports roadmap planning, customer launches, data-driven improvements, and AI-assisted workflow automation.

Support sales and product teams by developing ROI-driven business cases, commercial insights, and deal strategy. Partner with Market Development Directors and Product Strategy to evaluate customer requests, build value narratives and models, support pricing and non-standard proposals, and create playbooks and processes to scale commercial execution.

Own retention and expansion for a 150+ Tier 1/2 account portfolio by converting AI‑surfaced signals into signed optimization plans, closed saves, and tracked expansion revenue. Run live optimization sessions, negotiate within playbooks, escalate cross‑functional issues, validate automated health scores/reports, and drive measurable ARR retention and upsell outcomes.
