Lead Soracom’s Americas partner ecosystem and partner leadership team, owning recruitment, onboarding, activation, partner-sourced revenue, and ecosystem growth. Design partner programs, incentives, tiers, health scoring, and operating processes. Personally manage strategic partners, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, use CRM and AI-driven intelligence, and represent the ecosystem with executives and industry stakeholders. This fully remote US role requires approximately 30% travel and extensive cross-functional leadership.

Conduct outbound phone and email prospecting, qualify inbound leads, manage lead flow in Salesforce, set qualified discovery calls for sales, meet monthly goals, and collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute territory-based campaigns.
