Build repeatable renewal processes, improve forecast accuracy, automate admin work, generate quotes/order forms, and keep CRM and CS platform data clean. Co-lead enterprise renewals with CSMs and drive metrics like gross revenue retention, uplift, on-time renewals, and reduced CSM admin time.

Own end-to-end delivery of company-critical cross-team programs: manage dependencies, surface risks, align Engineering and Product, improve predictability, and provide program visibility to leadership.

Drive new logo revenue by qualifying prospects, running technical demos and proofs-of-concept, and creating pipeline alongside Sales. Research customer use cases, translate technical value, execute outreach campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) data to support deal progression and enable sales strategy.

Lead and grow a global Solutions Engineering team to improve technical win rates, standardize discovery/demos/POCs, partner with Sales/Product/CS, and build scalable SE processes, playbooks, tooling, and metrics to drive pre-sales excellence.
