Design, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure and integrations across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. Implement CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, manage roles/permissions, IdAM/AD/LDAP integration, automated testing, monitoring (Grafana/Splunk), and technical documentation. Support Linux/Windows infrastructure, collaborate with DevSecOps teams, present to stakeholders, and contribute to Agile Scrum delivery.
