Develop and validate machine-learning models for drug discovery using chemical, biological, imaging, phenotypic, and structural datasets. Perform exploratory analysis, integrate heterogeneous data, build reproducible workflows, and communicate findings to medicinal chemists, biologists, and research scientists. Apply supervised, deep-learning, graph-based, and ensemble methods to support compound optimization, target discovery, screening, and translational research.

Leads global immigration, domestic relocation, and international mobility programs. Advises employees and business leaders on complex immigration, tax, payroll, employment, and compliance matters; manages external counsel and relocation vendors; evolves policies, governance, processes, reporting, and employee experience while supporting international growth.

The Contract Manager will manage the full lifecycle of commercial, clinical, research, vendor, procurement, and technology agreements. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, coordinating approvals, maintaining contract records and CLM data, supporting audit readiness, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, escalating high-risk terms to counsel, and improving contracting processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Manages global and domestic tax compliance and reporting, including VAT/GST, ASC 740 tax provisions, transfer pricing, income tax, sales and use tax, audits, tax credits, SEC disclosures, and SOX controls. Partners with internal finance teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions, supports international expansion, improves tax processes, and coordinates tax authority inquiries and documentation.
