Analyzes architectures, cryptographic systems, interfaces, data flows, and proposed modifications; develops technical documentation and test assets; supports site surveys, operational evaluations, and field maintenance at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Collaborates with government, military, allied, and technical stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve operational readiness.

Lead and scale Caliola's software organization for mission-critical communications. Establish engineering standards, improve delivery predictability, mature agile practices, mentor technical leads, support productization of DoD-funded solutions, and guide adoption of secure and AI-enabled engineering workflows while collaborating with program management, business development, product, and customers.
