The Sales Engineer provides technical expertise, solution design, and partner support while engaging with clients to drive sales of Wildix UCaaS solutions. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing solutions, conducting product demos, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Lead regional channel marketing to grow partner-sourced MRR and pipeline. Build and mentor a team, align marketing with Sales/Product, own partner recruitment and enablement, manage budget, and optimize lead generation and campaign performance using data-driven insights.

Lead and develop a US-based Partner Development Manager team to achieve revenue targets. Drive US sales strategy, build and enable channel partnerships, manage pipeline, forecasting and CRM accuracy, define KPIs, create regional and partner business plans, implement sales best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally. Regular business travel required.

Manage and grow channel partner relationships across LATAM (VARs, SIs, MSPs). Provide account management, sales coaching, territory planning, co-op marketing, pipeline oversight, partner training, gap analysis, and support partner onboarding to drive MRR growth. Regular travel required.

The Technical Support Engineer will support VoIP implementations, troubleshoot networking issues, and ensure service delivery for retail installations, acting as a technical liaison for clients and partners.
