As an Operations Engineer III, you'll plan and execute missions for RPO-class spacecraft, manage operations procedures, resolve anomalies, and conduct analysis post-mission, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As a Staff Mission COMSEC Engineer, you will lead the design, deployment, and certification of cryptographic systems for space and ground systems, ensuring compliance with federal security standards and overseeing the end-to-end journey to Authority to Operate (ATO).

Lead mechanical design and development of spacecraft structures, mechanisms, and assemblies from concept through flight delivery. Perform CAD modeling, define GD&T, integrate avionics and propulsion, lead design reviews, develop test plans, and mentor junior engineers to ensure launch- and on-orbit-qualified hardware.

The Integrated Test Operations Lead oversees planning, coordination, and execution of ground and flight test operations, driving test readiness and ensuring safe, efficient conduct across cross-functional teams.

Perform spacecraft radiation analyses (TID, SEE, DDD) and develop environment models; plan and execute radiation test campaigns; support part selection and mitigation strategies; maintain parts library; produce verification artifacts for requirements; support proposals, design reviews, and stakeholder briefings; train cross-discipline teams on survivability and reliability practices.

Support buildout and operation of a propulsion test facility: requirements and trade studies, CAD and P&ID support, pressure and structural analysis, procurement and fabrication oversight, installation and commissioning, and test operations including data acquisition, test execution, and post-test reporting. Early-career role with hands-on hardware and cross-functional responsibilities.

Lead definition and development of propulsion test-stand requirements and facility capabilities. Perform trade studies, specify infrastructure, review designs and P&IDs, support safety analyses, commission test operations, engage vendors, and manage propulsion test programs through buildout and early operations.

Lead design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of a hypergolic propellant test stand and associated ground systems. Develop detailed mechanical designs, P&IDs, CAD models, structural and pressure analyses, procurement/fabrication packages, and safety/compliance documentation. Oversee vendor qualification, acceptance testing, and operational test support while ensuring regulatory and hazard controls for toxic propellant handling.

Own supplier quality systems including SCAR, RCCA, NCR, PPAP/FAIR, and supplier audits. Use statistical tools (SPC, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R, DOE) and root-cause methods to drive corrective actions, verify effectiveness, and partner with engineering to ensure flight-quality hardware. Travel to suppliers as needed and support disposition and production release decisions.

As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing spacecraft harnesses, setting up thermal vacuum chambers, and ensuring cleanroom protocols. You'll manage the product build process from parts to assemblies, handling engineering anomalies as they arise.
