Coordinates aircraft parts and tool logistics, including picking, shipping, receiving, inventory storage, data entry, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution. Supports field aircraft operations by arranging urgent shipments and delivering AOG components when needed. Maintains inventory records in Ramco, ensures FAA, SOX, and DOD compliance, manages shipping supplies and freight expenses, and supports warehouse safety, organization, and lean initiatives.

Leads regional marketing initiatives across air medical programs to increase patient volume, brand awareness, community engagement, and customer loyalty. Develops integrated marketing strategies, maintains consistent brand representation, monitors campaign performance, analyzes KPIs, prepares impact reports, and collaborates with sales, clinical, operations, and business development teams. Supports events and regularly visits regional programs. Requires substantial regional or field marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or emergency services, with approximately 35–50% regional travel.

Creates and reviews mechanical drawings for aircraft installations and modifications in compliance with FAA regulations and military specifications. Supports engineering change orders, analyses, testing, prototypes, design reviews, installation planning, repair documentation, cost estimates, schedules, and project status reporting. Coordinates with vendors and assists engineers in resolving technical issues. Requires aircraft systems knowledge, drafting experience, familiarity with maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams, and proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Leads aerospace engineering projects from concept through certification, manufacturing, installation, and implementation. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, earned value tracking, technical documentation, testing, certification coordination, supplier and customer interfaces, and change requests. Provides technical leadership, supports aircraft systems design and analysis, coordinates engineering and manufacturing teams, and mentors less experienced engineers while ensuring compliance with project requirements and milestones.
