Provide commercial and government-contracting legal support across the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, compliance, risk review, disputes, and contract administration. Advise on FAR, DFARS, procurement rules, state regulatory requirements, flow-down provisions, cybersecurity obligations, and government disclosures. Develop legal templates, playbooks, approval processes, and compliance procedures while partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Information Security in a remote, international environment.

Drive full-cycle enterprise sales for digital infrastructure customers (data centers, cloud, telco). Build and manage pipeline, lead consultative engagements, negotiate contracts, and maintain CRM hygiene. Develop account strategies, influence product roadmap, represent the company at industry events, and ensure long-term customer value through complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
