Drive product sales and specification adoption by architects, engineers, DOTs, and contractors through technical presentations, training, solution design, and relationship building. Monitor market and competitors, support product launches, provide field feedback to internal teams, and maintain CRM records. Frequent overnight travel required; acceptable motor vehicle record needed.

Participate in a 6–12 month accelerated outside sales training program; learn products, vendors, and jobsite selling; prepare account plans; sell White Cap products and value proposition; ride along with managers to learn sales calls; enter and process customer orders; operate a company or personal vehicle and maintain an acceptable driving record.
